What is the cost of shipping?

Our flat rate shipping is as follows:

Orders under $100 - Shipping cost is $14.95
Orders over $100 - FREE shipping

Where does Good to Grow ship to?

Good to Grow ships Canada wide.

What is your online return policy?

New products will be given a full refund within 7 days. After 7 days and up to 30 days, store credit will be given. Unless the item is defective, the item must be in unused condition with original packaging. Items may be suspect to inspection upon refund or exchange. 

A refund, store credit, or exchange for items purchased online will not take place until the item has been returned to the store location to be inspected. If the item does not meet the standards for a refund, the item will remain as a sold item and will be shipped back to the said buyer. 

- All sale items are final sale.

- Products that have been opened and assembled are not eligible for return particularly important for safety, health & hygienic reasons. Note the following:

                           Breast Pumps & accessories

                           Nursing pads & nursing accessories

                           Potties & training pants

                           Bath tubs & bathing accessories
